INGREDIENTS: Spinach Paneer Garlic Onions Tomatoes Green Chili Ginger Olive Oil Cumin Seeds Kasoori Methi Turmeric Salt Coriander Powder Ground cumin Chili Powder Garam Masala Heavy Cream

Blanch the spinach for 2 minutes then drain and put into an ice bath.  Set aside. 

Add the onions, ginger, garlic, tomatoes, and green chili to a skillet with oil and saute until onions are beginning to brown.  Remove from the pan and set aside. 

Fry the paneer cubes until golden then set aside.

Place the cooled spinach and cooked vegetables into a blender and puree until smooth.  Pour this into the same skillet along with the remaining seasonings and paneer, then saute until heated through.
