Ingredient Onion Tomato Green chile Olive oil Red chile Cumin seeds Potaotes Mushrooms Green peas Ginger garlic paste Turmeric powder Cumin powder Red chile powder Garam masala Salt Black pepper

In a large skillet, heat oil, red chiles, and bay leaf, then add in potatoes and saute for 2 minutes.

Add in the ginger garlic paste, mushrooms, and green peas and stir then cook for 2 minutes.

Add the remaining spices and the onion paste and stir then add water and bring to a boil.  Add additional cornstarch if curry needs thickening.
