INGREDIENTS Potatoes Rice flour Turmeric Chili powder Garma masala Dry mango powder Chaat masala Green chile Coriander Salt Oil Green chutney Tamarind chutney Onions Tomatoes Chili powder Cumin

Combine the potatoes, rice flour, turmeric, chili powder, garma massala, mango powder, chaat masala, green chile, coriander, and salt and form patties then fry for 3 minutes per side. 

Once the aloo tikki is cooked, top with some yogurt, green chutney, and a sweet chutney. 

Finish with green chile, tomatoes, and roasted cumin and red chili powder before serving with additional crispy fried noodles.
