INGREDIENTS Potato Tapioca Peanuts Green chile Cumin Black salt Lemon juice Fresh coriander Cooking oil

Soak the tapioca for 4 hours to overnight, then rinse and drain until the water runs clear.  Combine tapioca remaining ingredients and form into patties.

Fry the patties for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden brown.  Seve hot with green chutney or yogurt as desired.
