Combine chickpea flour, onions, potatoes, turmeric, salt, red pepper flakes, coriander, fresh coriander, and mix together then add water and additional rice flour if needed.
Heat oil then drop the pakora batter by the spoonful into the hot oil. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown. Serve with a favorite chutney!
