Ingredient Olive oil Dry red chili Cumin seeds Potatoes Cauliflower Peas Tomatoes Turmeric Chili powder Coriander powder Cumin powder Garam masala Salt
In a large skillet, heat oil, red chiles, and cumin seeds until the seeds crackle. Add in the potatoes and cook stirring regularly for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add in the cauliflower florets and cook an additional 2 to 3 minutes until they are just tender and browned.
Add the peas and tomatoes and stir to combine cooking an additional 2 minutes.
Add the seasonings, stir well, and add 1/4 cup water if too dry. Let cook for a few minutes to combine flavors before serving over rice.
