Ingredients Potatoes Olive oil Cumin seeds Asafoetida Ginger garlic paste Onions Turmeric Red chili powder Cumin powder Coriander powder Garam masala Salt Mango powder Whole wheat flour

Heat oil in a skillet then saute the cumin, asafoetida, ginger garlic paste.  Add the onions and cook until tender. Mix in potatoes and spices and stir until combined.

Set the potato mixture aside and divide the dough into balls.  Shape the balls of dough into a bowl as shown.

Fill the dough bowls with the potato mixture then crimp the edges around sealing the dough inside. 

Carefully roll the stuffed ball of dough into a circle. 

Cook in hot pan until golden on both sides.  Slice and serve hot with ghee or butter on top!
