INGREDIENTS Whole wheat flour Ghee Salt Water Jaggery Oil for frying
Combine the ghee, flour, and salt together in a bowl until it is crumbly.
Add water by the spoonful until the dough comes together and forms a soft ball.
Divide the dough into small balls, then roll each ball over the back of a fork to create the shape.
Fry in oil until crispy and golden on the outside then pour jaggery syrup over the top before serving.
