Ingredients Tamarind paste Black salt Cumin powder Sparkling water Pomegranate Mint leaf Ice cubes

In a large pot, add the tamarind paste and boil for 5-minutes. 

Allow the mixture to cool, then add in the black salt and cumin.  Pour over ice with sparkling water and top with pomegranate seeds and mint sprigs.
