INGREDIENTS 3 cups plain yogurt 1/2 cup mango puree 4 cardamom pods 6 strands saffron 1/2 cup sugar

Mash mango to create a puree, then combine with the yogurt, cardamom, saffron, and sugar.  Pulse in a blender until smooth and creamy.  Refrigerate, covered, for at least 3 hours before serving.
