Chicken breasts Turmeric Chili powder Coriander Cumin Salt Garam masala Ginger Garlic Pepper Lemon juice Egg Cornstarch Rice flour Homemade chili sauce
In a large bowl, combine the cubed chicken with turmeric, chili powder, coriander, cumin, garlic-ginger paste, salt, pepper, and coriander leaves and set aside to marinade.
Place the now coated chicken onto a wire rack on a baking sheet and bake at 400F for 20 minutes until crisp.
While the chicken cooks, combine the chili sauce, ketchup, chili powder, garam masala, mustard seeds, curry leaves, and oil to create a sauce. Toss chicken in sauce when done cooking.
