Ingredients Rice Oil Mustard seeds Curry leaves Dry red chili Asafoetida Peanuts Garlic Turmeric Red chili powder Lemon juice Salt

Heat oil in a large skillet and add the mustard seeds, curry leaves, dry red chilies, and asafoetida. Next add the peanuts and saute.

Add the garlic and saute.  Then add in the turmeric, chili powder, salt, and lemon juice.  Saute until aromatic.

Add the rice and combine coating the rice completely and heating it through before serving.
