BONDA DAL SOUP  WITH LENTIL FRITTERS

INGREDIENTS Gram flour Salt Sugar Lemon juice Yogurt Ginger paste Green chile paste Turmeric Baking powder Vegetable oil Water Mustard seeds Curry leaves Asafoetida Coriander leaves

Mix together dhokla ingredients to create thin batter then pour into a prepared pan.  Steam for 15 minutes until risen and firm to the touch, but spongey.

In a hot skillet, temper oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida, lemon juice, salt, sugar, and coriander to create sauce.  Spoon over prepared cake before serving.
