THAI BASIL CHICKEN PAR KRAPROW GAI

Thai Basil Chicken is packed with sweet, savory, and spicy flavor that is ideal for a weeknight meal!

INGREDIENTS Vegetable oil Chicken thighs Chicken broth Oyster sauce Soy sauce Fish sauce Brown sugar Shallots Garlic Thai chili Basil

In a wok or skillet, heat the oil and cook the chicken for 2 to 3 minutes then add in the garlic, scallions, and Thai chiles.  Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add 1/2 the sauce and cook until caramelized, then add in the remaining sauce and cook until the chicken is cooked through.

Stir in the shredded basil and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until it is wilted.  Serve hot over rice or alongside stir fry vegetables.

Serve with a side of rice or additional stir fried vegetables!
