¼cupFresh mintchopped
1tbspLemon juice
3pcsIce cubes
1.5cupSparkling water

Instructions
In a tall glass, combine the pomegranate arils, mint leaves, lemon juice, sugar, and salt together.
Using a masher or spoon, mix this together mashing until the sugar is dissolved and the pomegranate arils are adding juice.
Add a few ice cubes to the glass and top it with sparkling water or lemon-lime soda and give a gentle stir before serving.
