Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Pomegranate arils
  • ¼ cup Fresh mint chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 3 pcs Ice cubes
  • 1.5 cup Sparkling water
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • In a tall glass, combine the pomegranate arils, mint leaves, lemon juice, sugar, and salt together.
  • Using a masher or spoon, mix this together mashing until the sugar is dissolved and the pomegranate arils are adding juice.
  • Add a few ice cubes to the glass and top it with sparkling water or lemon-lime soda and give a gentle stir before serving.

Make in larger batches to serve at meals alongside your favorite curries.
