Tamarind Concentrate Cooler Indian Drink Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Tamarind paste
  • 1 pinch Black Salt
  • 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder
  • A Few Pomegranate
  • A Few Mint sprig
  • 2-3 Ice cubes
  • Drinking soda or plain water

Instructions

  • In a non-stick pan, add 3 cups of water. Add the tamarind paste andlet it boil for about 5 minutes
  • Once done, let the liquid mixture cool down to room temperature.
  • Once it has cooled down, add the roasted cumin powder and black salt.
  • For assembly, take a glass and fill it with ice cubes. Next pour the tamarind cooler. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and mint leaves before serving.

Notes

  • You can add a few drops of lemon juice to your drink if you enjoy a tangy twist.
  • For people who enjoy sweetness, 2 tbsps of sugar can be added in the boiling step.
