10-12Chicken Wings
¼cupThai Hot sauce/ Thai sweet chili sauce (of your choice)
¼cupSoy sauce
1-8cupVinegar
2tspLime juice
1tspGinger (grated)
2tspGarlic (grated)
½tspSpicy mustard
1tspBlack pepper (crushed)
1tspOil
ForgarnishBasil (chopped)
ForgarnishGreen onions (chopped)
Instructions
Take a ziplock bag or a large mixing bowl and place the wings into it.
Add all the ingredients into the bag or mixing bowl and give it a good mix. Try the marinade to ensure that it’s properly seasoned. If not, you can adjust the quantities as per your preference.
Refrigerate the coated wings for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Line a baking tray with aluminium foil and spray/brush with some oil.
Add the wings into the baking tray and spray them with some oil. Make sure to spread them in a single layer and not one on top of the other.
Bake the wings for about 40 minutes or until properly cooked through.
Garnish with some chopped basil and serve hot!
Notes
If you have a broil option in your oven, then let the wings cook for another minute in that option before taking them out. This will crisp up the top.
