Ingredients for the filling

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Coconut (grated)

Instructions

  • Firstly, add all the ingredients for the batter and give it a good mix. Make sure the batter is of flowyconsistency.
    1 cup All purpose flour
  • Next, heat the sugar in a panuntil it caramelizes. Add the salt and grated coconut and give it a good mix.
    1 tsp Salt, ½ cup Coconut milk, A pinch Turmeric powder, 1 cup Sugar, 1 tsp Salt
  • Heat a non-stick pan and pour aladle of the batter and spread evenly.
  • Cook for 1-2 minutes and thenflip.
  • Repeat the same with the remainingbatter,
  • Once all the pancakes are ready,fill them with the prepared caramelized sugar coconut filling and roll them.

  • Serve as breakfast with tea.
