Ingredients
1cupBlack Chana (boiled)
¼cupOnions (finely chopped)
½cupTomatoes (chopped)
½cupCucumber (chopped)
¼cupAvocado (chopped)
1tspGreen chilies (finely chopped)
1tbspLemon juice
1tspBlack pepper powder
1tspSalt
Instructions
Take a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients into it.
1 cup Black Chana, ¼ cup Onions, ½ cup Tomatoes, ½ cup Cucumber, ¼ cup Avocado, 1 tsp Green chilies, 1 tbsp Lemon juice, 1 tsp Black pepper powder, 1 tsp Salt
Mix everything together.
Adjust seasonings as per your taste.
Serve the black chana chaat as isor in lettuce cups.
Notes
Soak the chana for about 8 hours or overnight before boiling them.
