Ingredients

  • 1 cup Black Chana (boiled)
  • ¼ cup Onions (finely chopped)
  • ½ cup Tomatoes (chopped)
  • ½ cup Cucumber (chopped)
  • ¼ cup Avocado (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Green chilies (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Take a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients into it.
    1 cup Black Chana, ¼ cup Onions, ½ cup Tomatoes, ½ cup Cucumber, ¼ cup Avocado, 1 tsp Green chilies, 1 tbsp Lemon juice, 1 tsp Black pepper powder, 1 tsp Salt
  • Mix everything together.
  • Adjust seasonings as per your taste.
  • Serve the black chana chaat as isor in lettuce cups.

Notes

Soak the chana for about 8 hours or overnight before boiling them.
