Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1.5 cup Sweet Potato (cubed)
  • ¼ cup Black chana (boiled)
  • ¼ cup Onions (finely chopped)
  • ½ cup Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Chilies (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Red paprika
  • ½ tsp Cumin powder (roasted)
  • 2 tbsp Green chutney
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add the sweet potato cubes and saute. 
    1 tbsp Oil, 1.5 cup Sweet Potato
  • Transfer the cooked sweet potato cubes to a bowl.
  • Next, add all the other ingredients and mix.
    ¼ cup Black chana, ¼ cup Onions, ½ cup Tomatoes, 1 tbsp Chilies, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Red paprika, ½ tsp Cumin powder, 2 tbsp Green chutney, 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • Serve after garnishing with coriander leaves.
