2tbspCoriander leaves(chopped)

Instructions
Break open the eggs in a mixing bowl and whisk them.

To the whisked eggs, add the onions, capsicum, red chili flakes, black pepper powder, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, coriander leaves, and garam masala powder. Whisk everything together.
2 tbsp Onions, 1 tsp Chilies, 2 tbsp Capsicum, 1 tsp Red chili flakes, ½ tsp Black pepper powder, 1 tsp Salt, ½ tsp Cumin powder, 1 tsp Coriander powder, ½ tsp Garam masala powder, 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
Next, heat oil in a pan. Add the egg mixture to the pan and spread it evenly. Let the mixture cook for a minute.

Once the sides of the mixture start to harden, add the bread slices on top of the half-cooked omlette.

Carefully fold the omlette so that the bread slices are at the center.
Serve the bread omlette hot with ketchup.
Notes
If you are using a smaller pan, add just one slice of bread to half the egg mixture.
