Ingredients

  • 2 pcs Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Chilies (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Capsicum (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Red chili flakes
  • ½ tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • ½ tsp Garam masala powder
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 2 slices Bread

Instructions

  • Break open the eggs in a mixing bowl and whisk them.

  • To the whisked eggs, add the onions, capsicum, red chili flakes, black pepper powder, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, coriander leaves, and garam masala powder. Whisk everything together.
    2 tbsp Onions, 1 tsp Chilies, 2 tbsp Capsicum, 1 tsp Red chili flakes, ½ tsp Black pepper powder, 1 tsp Salt, ½ tsp Cumin powder, 1 tsp Coriander powder, ½ tsp Garam masala powder, 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • Next, heat oil in a pan. Add the egg mixture to the pan and spread it evenly. Let the mixture cook for a minute.

  • Once the sides of the mixture start to harden, add the bread slices on top of the half-cooked omlette.
    2 slices Bread
  • Carefully fold the omlette so that the bread slices are at the center.
  • Serve the bread omlette hot with ketchup.

Notes

If you are using a smaller pan, add just one slice of bread to half the egg mixture.
