Instructions
For the green chili paste, add the green chilies to a blender with a little bit of water and make it into a paste.
12-15 pcs Green chilies, A little Water
Heat oil in a pan and add the green chili paste. Saute for 1-2 minute.
1.5 tsp Oil, 1 tsp Prepared green chili paste
Next add the slit green chilies and give it a good mix.

Add the chicken next and saute. Let it cook for about 3-4 minutes.
250 gms Chicken
Next, add the salt, vinegar, and soy sauce. Mix well.
2 tsp Salt, ⅛ cup Vinegar or lemon juice, 1 tsp Soy sauce
Add water and mix well. Let the mixture cook for about 10-12 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
2.5 cups Water
Once the chicken is cooked, add the cornflour slurry and mix.
3 tsp Cornflour slurry
Serve hot with rice.
Notes
This dish is on the spicy side, So if you are not too accustomed to having spicy food, then you will need to adjust the spicy level by reducing the number of green chilies used.
