2cupsAlphonso mango330 grams
2cupsplain yogurt490 grams
4tbspsugar50 grams
Pinchcardamom powder

Dried rose petals
Instructions
Peel and cut mango into small pieces.
In a blender, combine the mango, yogurt, sugar, and cardamom powder.
Pulse until the mixture is creamy and the mango is completely blended. If too thick, add milk in ⅛ cup additions until it is the desired consistency.
Pour into glasses and refrigerate until ready to serve. Best chilled for at least 30-minutes so cold throughout.
Garnish with chopped almonds and dried rose petals before serving.
Notes
If the mixture is too thick, add ⅛ cup milk and blend. Continue adding ⅛th cup at a time until desired consistency is reached.
