Ingredients for the Cheesy Potato Balls
- 2 cups Potatoes (boiled and mashed)
- ¼ cup Chicken (minced)
- ¼ cup Cheese (grated)
- ¼ cup Coriander (chopped)
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tbsp Black pepper (crushed)
- 1 tbsp Red chili flakes
- 1 tbsp Mixed herbs seasoning
- 1 cup Oil (For frying)
Ingredients for the coating
- 1 pc Egg (beaten)
- ½ cup Bread crumbs
Take the mashed potatoes in a bowl.
2 cups Potatoes
Add the chicken, cheese, coriander, and seasonings. Mix well.
¼ cup Chicken, ¼ cup Cheese, ¼ cup Coriander, 1 tsp Salt, ½ tbsp Black pepper, 1 tbsp Red chili flakes, 1 tbsp Mixed herbs seasoning
Next, scoop out a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a ball with your hands.
Dip the ball in the beaten egg and roll it over the bread crumbs.
1 pc Egg, ½ cup Bread crumbs
Heat oil in a pan and keep adding the coated potato balls.

Fry each side of the balls for about 3 minutes.
Serve hot with mayo or chutney of your choice!
